Articulation Form

Students newly admitted to UB should follow the course articulation instructions included with their offer of Admission, in the letter from the Transfer Advisory Council.

Current UB students should request articulation of transfer course equivalencies directly. The process is:

1. Select one of the forms below.
2. Fill out a separate form for each different UB department.
3. Attach course descriptions and syllabi (with text citation) for each of the courses to the forms.
4. Bring or send the document to the UB department that teaches the subject. NOTE: See your advisor for help with selecting transfer courses or for UB articulation contact information.
5. After forms are completed and signed, they should be sent to:

Approved course articulation decisions are processed and distributed to the public on the TAURUS Web site.
