UB Advisors' Note

If you are a UB advisor, we strongly recommend you set up a TAURUS membership and then Email TAURUS to request advisor level access. You will normally receive a response within 24 hours.

Advisor level access gives you an additional feature, the “Account Information” button. This feature allows you to search for and view accounts (not passwords) for any students account on the UB server.

Advisor level access also provides you with a special function in the Planning Guide feature. In addition to “Request a Planning Guide” advisors can select “View User Planning Guide” to review planning guides already created for any known “User ID” on the UB server. With this function you can view a prospective student’s guide even if the student is in a remote location.
